My son and I were driving through Columbia and decided to get some dinner at KFC. When we pulled into the drive-thru we were told there would be a wait for chicken. We decided to eat inside since we were going to have to wait. We went inside and ordered and the staff were polite. The wait for our chicken was not too long and we enjoyed our meal. The young man named Justin was very nice courteous provided excellent customer service! He’s such a sweet young man.
Extremely rare that they have any kind of chicken available. Everything is a minimum 20 minutes wait time. They're the best advertisers for Lee's next door.

I went through drive-thru and asked for chicken livers the person replied we don't sell chicken livers I said you're kidding he said absolutely not how does a chicken restaurant not sell chicken livers but they sell french fries something ain't right about this very disappointed they won't get my money
Service was on the slow side. Think they are inexperienced. Food was good once we got it.
