Fontenot's Cajun Way - Columbia

We went tonight and I got the Cajun Nachos, they were the best. The staff is super friendly and very up to Earth. Owners are so big people. - I also have the chocolates (big treat for dessert) and they were fantastic.

OMG! Yes, the food is great!!! Coach Joe Flores had the shrimps and oysters with homemade onion rings and I had the alligator. The tenderest gator I've ever eaten. Then get ready for dessert. It can go a little far, but we'll be back. On Friday and Saturday evening they make a steak and shrimp. And ask what is NOT in the menu. Go on. We will see you after our holiday!!!

There was double food was great, but when the owner and his wife came out and sat and talked to us as if they had met us forever, what made my culinary experience even better! Love this place and the owners!

I got the fried eggplant fries covered with crust fish étouffée it was amazing, service was fast, three different people asked me was all right when I needed something. Great people, great food.

Absolutely delicious!! We started off with sampler plate. Then Sean had fried shrimp with homemade fries. I had fried eggplant topped with crawfish etoufee. So so good!!
