Coley's American Bistro - Columbia

I dined at Coley's last night with a friend, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! I tried the spinach, bacon, and apple salad for the first time, and it was incredible—it has me craving it today! I also sampled a new sandwich, the pesto chicken with red peppers and goat cheese, and it was fantastic! I always enjoy my visits to Coley's; the service is consistently excellent, the food is delicious, and the patio is simply the best!

Can’t find a better burger anywhere else! This place has the best food! I always make sure to stop in when I am in town!

We had lunch at the bar. The food was incredible and the cocktail list comprehensive and tasty. But more than that we enjoyed the company of Crystal, Sara, and Sarah Jane. Their great attitude and fun conversation made for a memorable meal! We’ll definitely return!!

I was in town and suggested to friends we meet here after reading online reviews regarding the menu, and we were all quite happy with our service and the food. My Brie burger featuring Brie cheese, dried cranberries and caramelized onions was a big sensation, and I substituted a house salad for the fries and was wonderfully surprised at the generous portion and variety of veggies included. I sampled a friend's sweet potato hush puppies and I can assure you they're among the most addictive potato food I've ever had. Next trip I'll gladly break my diet for those.

Excellent food and drinks, plus a friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. One of my favorite places for a quality meal in town.
