My first visit to the drive thru (lunch hour, too) and was blown away by the friendliness, swiftness and efficiency of the staff--four taking orders and another at the 'paying cash ' booth. Line took way too long, food was not worth it 's price. And with all the controversy surrounding this place, it just doesn 't seem worth it. It was underwhelming and lackluster (the food, that is). Even though they were extremely busy and crowded, I was in and out in 10 minutes! With smiles and “it’s my pleasure” of course!
Way to hustle today! We like to dine in and the place was a mad house. Still, made it through the line in under 10 minutes and got our food shortly after finding a table. We even had a staff member ask us if we needed a beverage refresh. After enjoying our tasty-as-always lunch, we noticed the drive-thru line. Woah! There was an employee in a little tent booth taking payment from cars, two others taking orders before people hit the ordering stall, and someone delivering food to people in line. All this in addition to the regular window. No one waited an eternity to order and get food. Kudos to management for having creative solutions to the madness and having enough staff to handle the massive lunch rush. Big events in CoMo (True/False Film Festival this weekend) really bring in the people and you all stepped up. Way to go!

Jeremy does an amazing job running this location and he couldn't do it without his amazing crew 10/10 service, 10/10 customer satisfaction, and 10/10 on food quality and consistency! I would highly recommend this location to any one. HAND DOWN best Chik' i Have ever been to. From the food to customer service its all top notch!!!!
