Management really did a disservice to their staff by not having enough staff. Service was bad not because of the existing personnel but because management didn’t insure there were enough staff. Drinks never came. Food was good however it was about 20 minutes past normal. Overall a one time bad experience out of previous good experiences at this location
Waited with 15 other people at the hostess stand for 11 minutes before getting attended too. Had reservations for 11 and they were not prepared for us at all. Table they brought us to was not clean. We cleaned ourselves. It had some old dirty jacket and crumbs all over it. Waters took 25 minutes, did not get silverware or napkins. Got food 2 hours later when the restaurant had only 5 other guests. Waiter said people don’t come to work anymore. She was sweet and new and never hosted a party before. I don’t blame her. Never will go again. Magnet nor anyone else ever came to check on us, apologize, or thank us for our patience. Our party was mostly kids on a Sunday afternoon. Nothing complicated always ordered and they were not busy.
