EDIT: Red C is still on the door as of 10/12/23!! Closed sign on the door and small roach crawling on the window! Small roaches are usually indicative of infestation. I used to love this place and I would still love it, but the service was always iffy to begin with, now there's new people, food quality is ok, not great like it used to be and well....the red C speaks for itself! The lamb vindaloo is absolutely delicious, and our waiter, Ansari, was fantastic. That dish is definitely one of the best in the area!
First and foremost, Jose is the star of this restaurant, elevating the food, service, and overall atmosphere. He is an exceptional waiter—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Jose engages in delightful conversations and consistently strives to ensure his customers are satisfied. His outstanding service and warm personality are the main reasons we keep returning. He offers fantastic recommendations for drinks and food, and is always checking in to see if we need anything. Every visit, he has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Despite some negative inspection scores, the food has never let us down, and we keep coming back for the wonderful experience, excellent service, and delicious meals.
As of October 12, 2023, Red C is still posted on the door, along with a "Closed" sign and a small roach crawling on the window. The presence of small roaches often suggests an infestation. I used to really enjoy this place and would still love to, but the service has always been hit or miss. Now, with new staff on board, the food quality is just okay—not the great standard it used to be. The Red C rating truly says it all; it's been a C for several weeks now, and it feels like they just don't care. My experience was for takeout.
8 failing health inspections since 2022, including one a week ago. Really sad to see how far downhill this place has gone. Do not eat at an establishment that can’t pass basic health and safety checks!
Went here 3 weeks go.... would say authentic Indian food we got to eat here which I've never tasted anywhere in States. PAPER DOSA was too authentic along with it the Chutneys just amazing!!! BUTTER CHICKEN, CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA....... both these things were tooo authentic like India.... I've never tasted such good Chicken variety in entire States. If you looking for our authentic tasty Indian food..... try this place, won't regret Can't wait to go back... will be planning to go again soon We just went yesterday and their South Indian is the most authentic I've ever tasted in this country...Chutneys,sambhar was exactly authentic South Indian... best South Indian food...we always love coming here The food is just great
