What Miss Laura J doesn't like about Mack's Cash Grocery:
This is my first experience there.This is a neat, friendly hole-in-the-wall joint that has wonderful food. However, the chicken salad could use a little black pepper, paprika, a little mustard, some boiled eggs, cut the celery chunks smaller please. No shade, it was just too bland. The onion rings were GREAT! Peach Punch PERFECT!! I can't wait to try the other food items next time. View all feedback.
The food is delicious. I ordered a hamburger and a side of fries (There are no combos). Well worth it. The prices are reasonable. The staff is polite. The service is quick. The only reason for the 4 star review rating is the atmosphere of the customers. Not a good vibe from the dining in crowd. So I got mines to go.
Great local greasy spoon. Amazing hamburgers and hotdogs. I have gone there since I was a kid and they never disappoint.
Great burger at a great price with a nostalgic feel
Listen the best bacon cheeseburger I could ever get and they are huge. The bun is huge but when you get it cut into two, its manageable. The only thing I don’t like is I’ve ordered onion rings and when I get them there mildly cold. They cook them ahead of time. Maybe for the onion rings or fries, ask them to cook them fresh hot out of the grease. I think I will try that next time, I’ve been here at least 3x’s, other than that, it’s a great place. Oh and their peach punch…OMG make you wanna slap somebody’s mama ????
