The ladies who work here are always sweet but the restaurant has really fell into decline. It used to be a high quality fast food joint but nowadays you wait for at least 20 minutes for expensive and lackluster food. The fries actually smell like urine, it's really appalling View all feedback.
One of the worst. Hamburger was cold and tasteless. Pork talloin was just a little hard. Fries was cold. The best part of this restaurant was the cashier who is a foreign currency student from Hungary. Zhe was very nice and pleasant. Oh, and the place was dirty.
This place is really bad! First, the young lady who took orders was rude. She made a snoring comment when I ordered. Then she came out later to put the chairs on the tables. She wiped the tables and then laid the dirty chairs on the clean tables. When I asked if the chairs were clean, she asked me if I wanted an application. Really? How about accepting feedback and learning something. Then she went back to tell her superior. They both came out to sweep and insisted on going under our table while we were sitting there. That never happened. This is all about the fact that it took 19 minutes for our food and probably would have taken longer if I had not asked. It was sitting there waiting for delivery. I guess it had been there for a while because none of them was particularly hot. They also close the lobby half an hour before closing. They make it very well known that they want you to be gone. The manager announced that the lobby was closed in 10 minutes and told the staff to lock the doors when they were 10 minutes. There were no towels in one of the toilets. My nephew had chosen this restaurant. He talked about it all day and that was our experience. This is all a reflection of bad management. After having a restaurant before, I would never have let my employees talk to customers like that.

I waited in line for at least 20 minutes, ordered food for the family (4 people). I finally got the order and it was incorrect. I called the restaurant and spoke with a female in charge that afternoon. She argued with me on the items ordered. I was told that we got the food we paid for and she would not give us free food , referring to the food we ordered and didn 't receive. So the issue was we didn 't receive the items we ordered, we received food that we didn 't order and the manager was unwilling to correct their mistake. Her excuse was we got the food we payed for...but the food we paid for was not the food we ordered. Terrible service! I was really wanting a Coney dog with chili ? never happened, my wife didn 't get what she wanted. We ended up with 5 A&W floats, for the 4 of us...IDK what to say but keep this up and you probably won 't stay open much longer.
Possibly the worst drive thru experience I?ve ever experienced. The location is great and probably do great business but it?s horrible. Not only did I literally sit in line for almost 15 min, the root beer was completely flat. Some may love the Coney Dog?s so I won?t criticize except to say, you better like cheese Whiz. Whoever owns this business should be ashamed.
