Contribute FeedbackI pulled up to the drive-they with two people in front of me. It took about 10 minutes before it was my turn. I was told it would be a second. I sat there for 15 minutes before someone asked for my order. Didn’t get an apology for the wait or anything, they acted like it was normal to wait that long. Additionally, the prices on the menu were not the same that came up on the screen, pre-tax. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought they had caught up. I pull up to get my food and the two people ahead of me were still waiting. I was told it would be a wait….I waited 5 minutes before going in and saying my order needed cancelled, at this point it had been a half hour and I was now late to where I needed to go. They took my receipt and then told me they couldn’t refund me. I didn’t get my receipt back, so I wasn’t able to fill out the survey. When I walked in there were about 5 employees and 4 of them were just standing around like they were lost.
Floor in restroom was so slippery, was like the mopped floor in grease water
