Penguin Point - Columbia City

For how new the place is the outside is trashed... The food was soggy. I got chili chesse fries, soggy.. Its only a 5 minute drive back to my house. So it shouldnt seem like mush. I also got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was soggy and nothing on it was fresh. All cold as well and for the price of it all pretty disappointing.Won't go back.

1st off the floors were SO STICKY IT WAS DISGUSTING. 2nd when they brought our food. Not one both both sandwiches were wrong the buns were still partially frozen. When we took them back to have the right ones made the cook literally was yelling well that's how it was on the screen right in front of us and was complaining about remaking them.. so then we just asked for a refund bc I'm not gonna pay money for someplace that the employees act like that because of there mistakes. I work in food service so I understand the stress I don't get the way she acted on a simple remake. Will NEVER GO BACK!

Penguin Point>Other fast food restaurants. I really wish I had a Penguin Point closer to me in the Fort Wayne area because it is one of my favorite places to get a burger. The burger is cooked perfectly and the condiments I chose are not too much but not too little, just the perfect amount. The bun is my favorite part, it is soft and buttery which makes it stand out compared to Burger King, Mcdonalds etc. The burgers are big enough to fill me up as well (with no added sides like fries or onion rings! . I would recommend Penguin Point if you are near one or just haven't tried it yet!

The big wally's were excellent as well as the cheese curds although kind of expensive for how many you get but really good. Also got the tenderloin sandwiches they are always my go to and were really good this time but it's a hit or miss on if they taste like nasty grease. With the food being good the service was as well and the food is always fresh. The atmosphere is a bummer very boring but it's nice if you want a quite place to eat.Parking: Nobody is ever really there so lots of parking but the lot is kinds rough.

Why would you advertise on your reader board a message about Spanish dogs, when nobody knows what that means? For this and many other reasons, it’s obvious Someone is asleep at the wheel leading this brand. We are all watching it die a slow, painful death!
