The food was not made right asked for over easy eggs and got rubbery eggs and yolk overcooked not how over easy suppose to be. The chicken was also rubbery and over cooked. Hash browns very greasy and not cooked well. overall was not happy with thisvisit.

Excellent food service. Was in town for a memorial service for a life long friend. He taught at Colton High School I know he must have eaten at your restaurant. He loved good food.

I have been going in Flor's diner on and off for a few years because I take my wife and her friend to lunch. It is close to the friend's home and she does not have to drive far. The food was great before Covid but the last 3 times I have been inthere the food I cot was BAD!. I ordered a hamburger. The patty was shoe leather thin and as hard as a hock puck. Not flavor.Forget the rest of the burger. The bun was fantastic. To bad what was in it wasn't fed to the disposal. LOL My wife got aChile relleno was on the small side and not much flavor and where was the cheese. The beans were on the dry side and so was therice. The toko's were not worth the money. I said the last time I was there I was not going back. I should have listened tomy head instead of the wife. Now for the rest of it. The music was so loud I could not hear what was said. I might be old butI have good hearing. The selection of the music would give you nervous breakdown. I asked twice to have it turned down. It gotturned down a little when I said it for the whole place to hear but then it went back up. Lets talk about the service. thewoman works there all the time and was alone. No big deal. The place was half full but I could handle it with no problem. Inever got more water and the lady's did not get refills. The women got pie and ice cream to split between them and it took 20minuets to get it. Talk about slow. I know the owners but they do not remember me. They also own Baseline Burger which wasa fantastic place in the day. Best dinner food in the country. Now it is over priced, dry and in such a bad part of town Iwill not go close. There are fantastic Mexican places to eat but none in Redland, Highland, San Bernardino, Loma Linda andColton. One need to get out the valley to find anyplace that has good food. Even the chain places here have bad food. Itravel all over the country and world. I know good food. They need to close their doors. My

The last time I visited was a couple of years ago and the food was ok. Today not only was there an issue with the food but the service as well. I had a steak which I asked for Medium with eggs and hash. The steak was not only not cooked as ordered but itwas tough very chewy but the eggs and hash were good. The server came to take the order and if not for us to go up to thecounter and ask for something we would not have seen her again. We just felt left out when seeing her attend her other tablesand not us. When I told the owner of my experience with the steak she did offer to replace it but it was way too late for that. She just said sorry and walked away. I'm all for supporting local small business but not at the cost of paying for someoneelse's mistake.
