While not the best BBQ I've had, it's delicious and tender and a solid meal. Possibly the best BBQ in the area. Service was phenomenal and will be the reason I come back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
What Tia Call (Mamamia) doesn't like about Fire And Knives Bbq:
I think they want to be a BQ cart, but the sandwich I got I think the meat came from Costco and they covered it with BQ sauce. the potato salad was semi homemade. over priced and disappointed. View all feedback.

We ate the chicken sandwich with potato salad and the teriyaki rice bowl. It was so yummy!! This was our second try. The first time we didn't really like it, but this time it was super good. We will definitely come back. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Visited this truck while passing through Oregon this afternoon. Horrid experience. I got an order of VERY undercooked chicken after a long wait. Mac n cheese was decent I guess, not worth it though. Just drive the extra few minutes to the nearest McDonalds. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
