Wendy's - Colorado Springs

This wendy’s is the worst place since I visited this place and went today. the service is terrible. the meat on the burgers was pink and the so-called manager put fresh hot pommes on old fryed. the manager has a job problem. I'm not of golden corral anymore, but wendys. I'd say do better, but I think they're capable

I ordered a #9 w/triple the beef for a Hungry Grown man. When my food was checked. Surprised at my Single piece of beef was charged full price. I understand things happen accidentally. But I'm not returning any food back to the cook for him/her to make some fine adjustments. I'll pass shame on me the 1st time shame on u for the 2nd time. It's a mental thought of not wanting to think of cruel individuals who like to tamper disturb someone's food.

I love to go here. They always get it right. The food is always fresh and prices are good. $5.00 biggie bag is my favorite.

The cooking area was an absolutely dirt disaster. Dropped French fries were scattered on the floor near the fry area. Spilled oil and other organic matter made for audible crunchy steps by the employees. Sadly, the food at Wendy's ha become way over-priced. We spent nearly $20 on a Kid's Meal and a chicken combo. Very disappointing!

I would of rated this worse if I could if but cant. Two weekends in a row I have been to this location and the person that works the night shift doesn't want work so they come up with a system is down story. Would not recommend this location ever. Find yourself another one that wants the service or find another place to eat. In-n-out is down the road from this location and would be happy to have your business. Happened 6/11/22 and on 6/18/22.
