When lifting restrictions, this is the first place where we go to eat! The food is quite authentic, the atmosphere peaceful and the service is wonderful. Great place to take guests too. Very affordable but stylish!

Excellent service. Fair price on food. Food is delicious. Could have a variety of heat added. Heat meaning Scoville Scale. Definitely will be coming back.

Heard about Vaqueros multiple times and finally decided to try it myself..... THE HYPE IS JUSTIFIED! This is the best Mexican Food I have eaten in Colorado no question. We had fajitas and a combo plate and everything was delicious! They don't over season, everything was cooked perfectly and the service was great! You can tell they pay attention to their ingredients and pick good produce. Prices were very reasonable and the location in very easy to get to.

I love the decor and warmth of it all, big yet still cozy! Everything was excellent, food wise and very fresh!! The dessert and margarita was exceptional! I highly recommend!! The service was top notch!!

From the To-Go phone call, to when you enter the restaurant, these people are friendly and inviting! Every staff member is efficient and helpful. I witnessed another couple walk in behind me and the bartender walked from behind the bar to seat and greet them because the hostess was getting my order! As a small business owner I admire this work ethic and team work! They are all so kind . We come here weekly and enjoy it each and every time! My only concern is they won’t allow you in without a mask right now, which I believe is a freedom/health violation to me.
