I have been completely new in colorado springs and have now been twice. When I first went, I shared the vegan Chik’n caesar and the vegan philly. both were excellent. I can honestly say it's the best vegan caesar I've ever had. I have always loved a creamy caesar dressing. they make their in the house as well as their crumbs. I could have this salat a few times in the week! they also have a great selection of craft b... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Trinity Brewing Company:
I heard great things about Trinity Brewing Co., so I decided to go some for dinner. I have the impossible burger with vegan cheese and the Vegan Sausage Pizza. The burger was good, and I really enjoyed the frits. The pizza was very overwhelming. Visual and taste. The vegan sausage was very burned and tasteless, they poured over on the sauce but the crust was pretty good. I want to come back and try some other things... View all feedback.
I had heard wonderful things about Trinity Brewing Co., so I decided to go there for dinner. I ordered the impossible burger with vegan cheese and the Vegan Sausage Pizza. The burger was tasty, and I especially liked the fries. However, the pizza was a bit too much for me in terms of both presentation and flavor. The vegan sausage was burnt and lacked taste, although the crust was quite good. I would like to return to try other items on their menu, such as their desserts, but I will probably avoid the pizza in the future. Overall, I appreciated the variety of vegan options available.
I came to Trinity Brewing on Friday night when my friends played band here. Last time I was here some time ago, so I was surprised that the room was widened and they had alcohol! I don't drink beer that trinity does. It's not you, it's me.) I was glad I had a tip. We also had the orange chicken cheese curds that were really good. I'll be right back because I know they don't just have beer. You also have a lot of food options!
Unfortunately not what it was earlier. First they don't make the first Saturday Firkin anymore. What a shame. In addition, they didn't even have beer on the barrel. The guy said everything. No more candied bacon. All beers were pretty bland and unrefined. $50.
Probably the worst bar service I've ever seen in Colorado. I am very disappointed that this has even happened because I was a regular guest at Trinity. I tried to meet a friend who's in Colorado Springs for a drink on Sunday night of Trinity. We literally waited for 10 minutes, and none of the two bartenders recognized us. We didn't feel welcome to be there, so we went. We land in a brewery that likes to serve us Goat Patch. It is a very friendly place with pretty good beer. I can understand if there was 1 bartender and it was super busy. But Trinity had 2 bartenders talking to each other and not recognizing new guests. My friend said the same thing happened to him in Trinity. The service is just terrible. Only about any other brewery is more recording than Trinity. I used to be at Trinity, but I haven't been there for a few years. Now I know why. I wish that didn't happen.
We arrived before 6 pm and placed our order not long after that. It took 30 minutes before our appetizer came out and it was wrong 10-15 minutes later we received our appetizer. At the same time we ordered an appetizer just after 6, we ordered a pizza. An hour later, we never received our pizza. We ordered straight off the menu, no substitutions. We are Packer fans and heard this was a Packer hang out. We were talking about making this a place to watch Packer games but now I’m not so sure. Everything was comp’d, but still….The manager apologized but that doesn’t resolve the issue. Ordering food at 6 pm on a Saturday night shouldn’t be an issue. Apparently it is here. Will try it again with low expectations. So disappointed!
