The Egg I - Colorado Springs

I was really impressed. I got a free gift card from my work and I wasn't expecting very much because of the 3.7 stars on Google Maps, but the whole restaurant was extremely clean and well laid out. Very classy, with good lighting. The service was quick and professional, and the food was good. I got the (I think) Hiker Eggs Benedict, which were very good. I especially liked the asparagus addition. The portion wasn't very large, so if you're a big eater, maybe get something bigger, but they tasted great and cost less than ten bucks. Overall, just a really pleasant surprise.

I can hardly believe that this was my first visit to this place, especially since I’ve lived nearby my whole life. I genuinely regret not trying it sooner! The food is amazing, and I love that they offer healthier options that taste fantastic. I will definitely be returning, and I’m excited to sample more dishes from the menu. I wholeheartedly recommend it! For those who think it's a bit pricey, I believe the quality of the food justifies the cost.

I ordered the breakfast burrito, and it was fantastic! The food, service, and price were all excellent. Don't be misled by the name!

On our final day in Colorado, I wanted to explore a new breakfast spot, and my partner discovered Egg I. I'm so glad she did! The restaurant was clean and had plenty of space for seating. We both ordered the Colorado Jack Scramble topped with pork green chili sauce, and it was fantastic! The seasoning on the scramble was superb, and the green chili sauce paired perfectly. I highly recommend dining here; I just wish there was a location in Oklahoma! We’ll definitely be returning.
