During a recent visit with friends, we were shocked to witness the behavior of the self-proclaimed female owner of the restaurant. Instead of showing professionalism and care towards her customers, she was seen crying at the bar without a mask on. When asked for assistance by bar patrons, she rudely informed them that she was going through a divorce and then abruptly asked them to leave. This unprofessional and child... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Streetcar 520:
I ordered the peanut Udon salad, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were amazing. Unfortunately, the service was awful. The restaurant wasn't very busy, but our waitress was terrible. We finished our food and water before our drinks even arrived, and we weren't checked on during our meal. Everyone has bad days, but this level of service was really disappointing. View all feedback.

Instead of showing professionalism and care towards her customers, she was seen crying at the bar without a mask on. When asked for assistance by bar patrons, she rudely informed them that she was going through a divorce and then abruptly asked them to leave. This unprofessional and childish behavior was unacceptable to us, and we ultimately decided to take our business elsewhere. It is disappointing to see businesses struggling to survive while treating their customers poorly. We will not be returning to this establishment and hope that the owner can learn from this experience and improve in the future.

The other night, my friends and I went to meet at a restaurant where we encountered the female owner who was loudly talking to bar patrons. She seemed to be engrossed in some kind of intimate conversation and was not wearing a mask. When some patrons asked for assistance, she rudely dismissed them by saying she owned the place, mentioned her divorce, and snatched their drinks away before asking them to leave. My friends and I were taken aback by her unprofessional and childish behavior, as well as the fact that none of the staff were wearing masks. It's disappointing to see owners of businesses like this struggling to survive yet behaving in such an unprofessional manner towards customers and those trying to support them. We decided not to give our business to this establishment again. Hopefully, the owner will learn from this experience and improve in the future.
I tried the peanut udon salad and it was absolutely delicious! It was hearty and bursting with fantastic flavors. However, the service was subpar as the restaurant was not busy and our waitress was terrible. We had finished our meals and waters before our drinks even arrived, and we were never checked on throughout our meal. Everyone has off days, but this level of service was truly disappointing.
I went to this restaurant the other evening to meet up with friends and witnessed the female owner behaving unprofessionally. She yelled at bar patrons and engaged in inappropriate behavior with them, all while not wearing a mask. When the patrons asked for assistance, she informed them she was the owner, mentioned she was getting a divorce, and then proceeded to take their drinks away and tell them to leave. My party and I decided to leave as well, as we did not want to support a business with such unprofessional and childish behavior, especially considering neither worker was wearing a mask. It's unfortunate to see business owners struggling to stay afloat but behaving in such a manner. I will not be returning to this restaurant and hope that the owner learns from this experience.
