Smashburger - Colorado Springs

The drive-thru was not open, and there was nothing stating it was not open. Had to go in and place my order. The person who took my order was not friendly, and I could barely hear him. The gentleman that gathered my order was awesome! The food was hot, and the order was correct.Food: 4/5

Smash burger is delicious but this location is always 30 degrees inside, freezing and too uncomfortable to eat inside, experienced this 3-4 times. This last visit was very disappointing as when I was about to order my food I was informed that Doorr Dash is their priority and they would net be able to start on my order for at least 45 minutes. I think Smashburgers customers should be priority, not Door Dashes customers. Will not return. You need to prioritize your in person paying customers instead of a third party company. Very disappointed in this fact.

Order promptly taken at counter, with questions answered clearly. The classic turkey with a side of sweet potato fries really hit the spot. Comfortable patio dining near Cheyenne Creek was pleasant.

Service was slow and the food is subpar. Doesn’t meet the quality I expect from smashburger. Fries were soggy and didn’t seem fully cooked. Colorado burger might have been good if it was hot.

Nice wait staff, and very good burgers. I tried the Buffalo wings, and they aren't my favorite, but the Colorado burger is amazing, and the classic smashburger is very good. The regular and smash fries are both nice and fresh when you get them as well.Kid-friendliness: They have booster seats for toddlers and little high chairs for older babies.
