Smashburger - Colorado Springs

Truly awful service! Came here with my family and ordered four burgers in the drive thru. We waited 30 minutes!! We were given zero explanation on why it’s taking so long. Meanwhile, we are the three or four workers inside just chatting and messing around, not putting orders together. In our bag they forgot straws, condiments and napkins… and it’s cost us $50!!! Please go elsewhere!! Any other fast food place in the area will save you money AND time!

Food's good. Just don't do the drive-through. It's 15 min per car. You'd without a doubt save time by going to the other location if there's even a single car in the line. Turn off your engine, save the environment.Food: 5/5

If you go through the drive thru you will be waiting 20 minutes minimum. I’ve been here many times and each time you are waiting. When we asked about the wait the cashier said “oh we’re understaffed” slammed the window and then we waited another 10 minutes or so for three burgers. The inside is dirty even without many people there and the staff is not friendly, it’s also way overpriced. Three burgers with fries for $40. Worst fast food restaurant in town.

The only reason I came here was to get sweet potato fries. I waited 20 minutes in the drive through. I drove off with my order and saw regular fries in the bag. I returned to the window again and was told they would get the correct fries. The person at the window told me it would be a few minutes. About 5 minutes later they gave me my order. It was regular fries again. I won't be back. They took forever and got my order wrong both times. Additionally, they are on the expensive side for fast food. There are better choices out there.

Georgie just took over this location. She has a radiant smile and was simply a joy to watch. The food was delicious. Love the smash tots! I will be back!Food: 5/5
