Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

My first time trying red robin and it was absolutely mind blowing. From the service to the food. 10/10 , would recommend!!!!

Fast friendly and competent service. As good or better than any other Red Robin location I've ever been to. The parking lot was pretty full when we got there but we were seated in a couple minutes and had a drink in hand in no time at all. It took longer to actually tell the waiter or order than it did for the salad to get to the table. Fish and chips for me and a Ruben for my wife we're perfectly prepared and on the table before our first drink was gone.

The service was great and timely, however the hamburgers that we had were considerably smaller than in past visits. Paying $15.00 a plate for a smaller portion or burger is disappointing. In the past the burgers were very large and satisfying...now they're as big as a Big Mac at McDonald's. Charging the customer the same price or more and providing less is apparently the Red Robin business model now. I will not return.

AWESOME Gluten Free bun for the burger!! We actually had to ask again, Are you sure this is Gluten Free? Yup! Apparently, they have had that compliment several times. Derek, our Awesome Server, knew all the ins-and-outs of the Gluten Free menu, and was able to walk us through it. The breaded onion straws and other such breaded things are NOT fried with the fries, so there is no cross-contamination !! Derek even knew that the BBQ sauce had some Glutens, and was able to warn us about it!! Yes, they have the Impossible Burger for vegetarian folk! I had a GREAT black and bleu burger. For good measure, we took a very-meat pizza home with us, on a Gluten Free crust.

First time here,Wouldn't recommend, no vegan options. And out of everything. Just a cup of broccoli. Smells Rancid. Cmon.Disappointed to leave a resturant to have to find something to eat.
