Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I love that huh, it's always fresh. 3 stars is because they have never seen mac n cheese or any speciality on the menu. either they are nationwide or their personal is too lazy to make more. it's frustrating because I'm going to go there with that mac!

CALL A PLUMBER!!!!Lousy Place. They have both the men and the women 's restrooms closed. OUT OF ORDER I wanted to use the bathroom and wash my hands before I sat down to eat.I believe they just don 't want anyone using them so they put Put of Order on the doors.They side walks are so full of grease too.I guess they are also to Lazy to wash them.None the less I will go somewhere else to eat where they treat their customers with a little dignity and respect. 12pm September 23rd, 2022UNBELIEVABLE AND VERY DISRESPECTFULL!!!!!???

Tired of being disappointed by every Popeyes I go to, even between states. This time I spent my entire lunch getting to this one because the hours state 9:30, but it opens at 10. So consider it a hangry review. I think this'll be the last time I go to a Popeyes again.

The manager there was extremely helpful. Now what I explained my situation where I was going to order something they offered for $5 they don't even have in their restaurant yet shrimp tackle box and she helped me out a great deal she gave me popcorn chicken instead and she's a great manager with a discount. the company on the other hand needs to work on their stuff their advertising stuff that's not in the restaurant yet at least in that particular restaurant and they offered a $5 tackle box when ordered it they said the minimum was $10 not $5 the advertisement said. Big kudos to the manager at the Popeye's on the corner of Pikes Peak and Academy.

Popeyes does not have the same taste as it did years ago. There food is hardly ever fresh. The quality of the food has went down is not the same. I would rate numerical for taste and freshness? I give a 4!!! If its fresh I give it a 7. Like I said the taste is different. idk if its the seasoning or the grease and you have to request fresh chicken most of the time. Even tho after waiting for 15 to 20 min. they still bring you old chicken. There customer service is horrible also. Instead of trying to satisfy an already frustrated customer they add on to the frustration and start arguing with the customers. The establishment stay dirty. The doors the windows the floors. I mean I am Popeyes girl I luv me some Popeyes fried chicken but with the change of taste it isn't worth my coins I barely go to Popeyes now compared to a girl who went practically every damn day for at least 10 yrs. And one more thing those itty bitty wings are for the birds. Those wing are too small. I don't like big wings either. But those little wings at Popeyes are ridiculous!
