Papa Johns Pizza - Colorado Springs

Dining at this place was such a disappointing experience that I can't imagine a worse one. I will never eat at a Papa John's again; it made me feel ill. The large, rude gentleman behind the counter should focus more on making better pizza instead of whatever else he's doing. I'm sorry, but I won’t be coming back, despite having previously enjoyed their pizza. However, I’m sure that the big guy will keep eating there. Good luck to them!

I ordered online and was told my order would be ready in 30 minutes. After waiting those 30 minutes, I walked to the restaurant to pick it up, only to be told it would take another 10-15 minutes. I never received a call or email notifying me when it was ready. Twenty minutes later, I went back to check on it. Now that I’m home, I opened the box and found that my paprika pizza has barely any paprika on it at all.

In recent years, I've been visiting Papa John's less frequently because the quality seemed to decline. It was disappointing, but I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, today's experience was probably the worst yet. The garlic knots were completely burned, although the service was fast and the pizza was well-cooked. However, it feels like something has gone wrong every time I've ordered. I don't think the risk is worth it anymore.

Who answered the phone at 8:21 needs an adjustment. our card didn't work on the online app for any reason, so we called for one above the phone order. a kerl answered and always told us that we don't call the charging phone and get a job when we said we just have to put one command over the phone. he hung up. So we called the Papa-Johns on the hard side and they were more than happy to take an online order. the young one has to be trained a bit.

Over all there is some employees who have bad attitudes and are rude to customers but at the end of the day the staff here works together and gets the food out fast... I'm very pleased to come in and pick up my food to eat with my children... The employee Alex who works the pm shift is very awesome. He makes sure my order is right when I come in randomly. He also helps other employees know how to put in orders or discounts.
