I haven't been to Old Chicago for years. Shortly after lunch we came so slowly into this situation. Anna was our waiter and she was brilliant. So much energy and I think she was the only waitress who helped 6 different tables, but we never felt forgotten. Great food too. View all feedback.

I'm kind of sad honestly. iIt's not often that I visit but when I do I always get the same thing, the Chicago Fire Calzone. We decided tonight to get that to share and my kids their own meals. My daughter LOVED the Marinara Chicken, my son had a kids meal, and the drink was forgotten. I'm so excited to share the Chicago fire with my husband, we cut it open and everything inside is now ground into what textures like paste. We are going to eat it because it was expensive, but I must say I really hope this isn't the new standards of a Calzone from Old Chicago's.
Overall service was better then mediocre! Our appetizer did get forgotten! The entrees were delicious my burger was juicy and came out as ordered! They had mellow yellow which was rad! I may opt into curb side pick up if I choose to eat here in the future!
Best food! Best waitress! (If management is reading.... she wears a scarf on her head) We went to eat a relaxing dinner and watch CHIEFS game. I've never eaten there before and it was a great experience. Glad there's a GF pizza but I just can't face cauliflower dough. It tastes like cauliflower. Much prefer rice-based.
Grabbed a pizza after an Air Force football game (we beat CU and was super impressed with Bill the manager and Molly our server. They really wanted to make sure our visit was perfect. We ordered the Chicago 7 and it was awesome. We even got a cookie pizza to finish off the meal. Loved it!!!
I was really disappointed. Short staffed and only one server for all the tables outside the bar. She was insanely busy and just couldn’t give quality customer service. No drink refills offered. Never asked if we wanted dessert (we did). And to top things off, son woke up in the middle of the night to terrible abdominal cramps and diarrhea. He ate a completely different calzone than me with different ingredients. Symptoms sure are mimicking food poisoning. We won’t be back.
