Amazing! Cracked my friend and his parents here (which are not vegan) and they loved it! They kept questions when it was really all vegan because it was so good. Our waitress was also great and the atmosphere was great. Can't wait to come back and try the whole menu! View all feedback.
Absolutely amazing! I brought my friend and his parents, who are not vegan, and they loved it! They were surprised that everything was vegan because it was so delicious. Our waitress was fantastic, and the atmosphere was wonderful too. I can't wait to return and try the entire menu!
The presentation is impressive, the balance and portion sizes are just right, and each dish has its unique quality – everything is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cabbage or lentils as your main course. The Tempura Broken Pommes make for an excellent appetizer. Expect vegan options like Buddha bowls, salads, seitan, and more. The desserts are also spot on. If you order Brussels sprouts, you'll get a side of sauce or a lemon wedge to accompany them. For the burger, I suggest asking for extra tomato chutney and pickles. The coffee is well-prepared and generally ranks just below the best in the city, crafted by skilled baristas. It's affordable and roasted by either Loyal Coffee or Story Coffee Co., so it's a great choice. Both drip coffee and espresso drinks are available, including caffè affogato with homemade ice cream – delicious! The cocktail menu features bright, refreshing drinks, with most non-liqueur components made in-house, like the Mary mix and various syrups (coffee liqueur, citrus, etc.). Everything I tried was well-balanced, made with high-quality ingredients, and visually appealing. There aren't any cocktails that include Vermouth or Amaro, such as Manhattans, Martinis, or Negronis. However, they do carry Lillet Blanc, Punt e Mes, and Amaro Averna, and I noticed some lovely Manhattan/Champagne-style coupes. You can confidently order from the menu here. The dining space is inviting, though it feels a bit bare. Without carpeting, sound does carry, so it's easy to overhear conversations when the restaurant is quiet. Still, the noise level is generally quite pleasant. The service was excellent. It’s worth noting that everything here is completely vegan, and if you have strict dietary requirements, you can feel secure; the bar manager has personally contacted each wine producer to confirm there’s no use of isinglass fining or honey, etc. I highly recommend this new restaurant!
The food was flavorful and beautifully presented. I had a drink called the strawberry blond, which was enjoyable. We really liked the cabbage rolls, but we only received three, and it would have been nice to have an extra one as part of the appetizer. It appeared that the restaurant wasn't very busy on a Thursday night, yet we didn't receive any more water and had to wait a bit for our check. The cauliflower steak was stunning and perfectly crispy, and the Fliesuccine was delicious.
Great vegan spot in Colorado Springs, even better than City o City and Watercourse in Denver. The flavors are as well balanced and not super salty/over savory as many other vegan restaurants. It's playful, but it's definitely worth it. The thai iced tea doesn't taste like real thai iced tea, but it tastes like froot dishes, so it's still a victory.
Super great service, food was delicious! Prices are great. So hard to find an All Vegan restraunt in Colorado Springs. We loved it.
