Contribute FeedbackThe reviews for this restaurant are quite mixed, with some customers having less than stellar experiences while others thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Some complained about slow service, lack of vegetarian options, and overabundance of goat cheese in a dish. However, many praised the creative and delicious food, as well as the attentive and friendly servers. The cozy atmosphere, excellent food quality, and festive decorations also received positive feedback. Despite some hiccups, it seems like this restaurant has the potential to become a popular dining spot in town.
We would never eat here, but it was good. we've made some more to check the things. everything was delicious. we started with fried okra and hushpuppies. then we had garnel and geese, marmbalaya and red bean rice. we had done it. every piece of our meal was delicious. our waitress was very attentive and friendly. the service was fast. we will definitely be back and we will bring other people to enjoy the experience.
Keegan was an excellent server and apologizing for eating from different times. we had 4 people in our party and apparently only cook one person, but overall it was a good experience and we will return. it was a Wednesday night.
The waiting staff was unstoppable and slow to respond to requests. newer changes at a menu point made it less desirable.
The food was excellent. Very flavorful and what we expected. The service was fair. It appeared our server may have been taking care of most of the guests while we were there. We couldn't see guests on the bar side of the restaurant. The service was very slow, waited 15 minutes to receive our drinks. The appetizer took a long time and came out only minutes before the entrees arrived. We weren't offered dessert and had to ask for a dessert menu after our check arrived. We ordered two desserts and only one was delivered to our table. When we asked when the second dessert would arrive, our server said she heard only one dessert ordered. So we waited even longer for the second dessert. The server may have been new at the job or just overwhelmed with the many tables she had to wait. Either way, we would return for another meal. The food was very good.
My partner and I arrived at the restaurant right when it opened and found it to be very quiet. It was a spontaneous decision for us to have lunch there. Our server, Mickie (I hope I spelled your name correctly), was extremely patient and provided us with great recommendations. This was our first time dining at this restaurant. The food was fantastic! We started off with the gator bites as an appetizer, I ordered the sampler, and my partner had the crawfish etouffee. We shared everything so we could try each dish. The music was not too loud, creating a nice background ambiance that allowed us to have a conversation. Our server was friendly and kind. We are likely to return for another date in the future.
