Lumen8 - Colorado Springs

The menu sounded amazing, but besides the salat it was all a disappointment, I ordered the nye special dee brest and it was unusable for me, where I could not even swallow my bite and spit it out, then it got swallowed for the lamb and that was very over boiled and unobtrusive, but I did not want to send another dish again. then came the desert and also quite rough, the goat cheese truffle was a ball of unweet goat cheese in charcoal with gluten-free crackers and a low-feffer rolled, so might have been good if it was a starter, but it was certainly not deserted. that is my second time, and I gave him a second chance, but I don't think I'm going to go back here with so many other amazing restaurants in the opposite.

Be forthcoming about your menu so the customer can make a different choice if an item is not available as indicated on the menu. Don’t serve something different without checking in with the customer. I got beef short ribs, which were tough and fatty. I thought I was getting bison ribs but was not informed, even though the server knew about it.

Fantastic time for Christmas Eve Dinner. Nice modern ambiance, friendly staff, and delicious food. You also can’t beat the view of the Rocky Mountains.

The Brussels Sprouts we’re delicious! Our server was pleasant and attentive. I tried the Peach Cider, very tasty.

Service was slow and unfriendly. Appetizers were good however, entree’s were cold, over cooked, and clearly sitting too long before they came to the table.
