Not quite vegan, but very vegan friendly. Made us special vegan naan. Has made us special chai with coconut milk. These were offered when we told them we were vegan. Our great waiter, Puran, brought us to the buffet to physically guide us to all vegan items. Wonderful food!!! View all feedback.
What Hans Kling doesn't like about Little Nepal Indian Restaurant & Bar:
I had very limited time in springs and saw most Rave reviews here so really wanted to try this place. I have never given a restaurant a bad review, but I need to warn other vegans to go past this place and try the other vegan options in the opposite. the food was blanching. View all feedback.
We’ve eaten here for years, and are never disappointed. Great service, several delicious vegan options.
So awesome they are doing an all vegetarian and half vegan buffet on Sundays. Updated from previous review on 2017-12-20
Visited this restaurant today (Jan 3, 2014) and the very helpful staff prepared vegan food for all four of us 2 adults and a 9 12 year old. We ordered chana masala, a vegan version of their kids all in one' meal, dal soup, potato paratha and Bombay aloo. The chana masala was excellent, the dal good and the all in one' kids meal very good VFM. The Bombay potato was a disappointment because they used canned potatoes! The paratha was so tasty we ordered a second. Prices were $10-$15 an entree, a little high for the lower quality ingredients. This might explain the high use of salt! All-in-all a pleasant enough experience in an area short of good vegan restaurants. Sundays they have a vegetarian lunch buffet.

I got this week out of here. next to the clearly marked menu and the basmati reis there is not much for this place. Not the worst off I ever got, but definitiw the worst Indian/Nepali food I ever got. I have two curries and the veggie samosas and everything beside the rice was crazy exaggerated by seasoning and salt. I am not a new Indian cuisine. I love it. but this place probably gave me the most overwhelmingly seasoned curry I've ever eaten. I ordered a medium and my lips were 20 minutes after eating in brand. that is not a problem, except it was so spiced and salted, I could hardly eat 1/4 of it. with the left I tried to serve with simple kite hill yogurt and threw in some sincean chik’n and it is still crazy salty and spicy. like I have to put in a completely cut potato to balance it. idk, if it was just a bad night, but I'm probably not going to be here again. it is also expensive.
