Kfc - Colorado Springs

I pulled into the drive-thru at 1:23 PM, second in line. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal without pickles and a plain cheeseburger, just the meat. However, when I finally received my order at 1:44 PM—making me late returning to work—I found that I had only gotten a burger with just the meat and bun, no cheese, along with two orders of fries. It took 21 minutes for them to bag the fries and put a single piece of meat on two cold buns, and they completely forgot the most expensive part of my order. I had initially considered skipping the line at the McDonald's next door, but now I understand why there wasn't a line at the KFC. I won't be making that mistake again.

Sigh. I honestly don't know why I keep returning to this restaurant. The only reason this time was that it was late and the only place open. I truly believe the food has deteriorated, and I can back that up with comparisons from the past. I remember when the chunks of chicken were large, juicy, and delicious. Now, they serve these tiny pieces that are dry and tasteless. The chicken tenders are even worse—extra dry and lacking any flavor. I can't tell if this change is due to corporate decisions or if customers are just settling for lower standards. But here we are.

This was my first visit to this location, and it will definitely be my last. They closed 30 minutes early, leaving the open sign on until I arrived and attempted to enter. What a joke! After reading other reviews, it seems this isn’t the first time they’ve done this. In fact, after going through all the reviews, I’ve decided I will never return. It appears they have a low rating for a reason, and I can see why.

This was the most cleanest KFC I have ever been in and the staff exceptional customer service Steven and all staff are ? workers.

Do not come here. had zero original chicken at 7pm and a "8" minute wait for crispy, which actually wait a 30-minute. had a series of cars waiting for ground orders. also kfc has significantly increased their prices, it is not even worth eating in this sub-standard restaurant. Go!
