Kfc - Colorado Springs

Ordered popcorn chicken comb and classic chicken sandwich combination. only a part of the meal that was edible was the root beer and tee. huhn was cold and hard, fries were cold, no butter or honey for cookies and no sauce for popcorn huhn. in the inner was not open, only passing through. we will not be back.

The lobby was closed, so I had to use the drive-thru. They really need to hire more staff; this poor young lady was doing so much on her own. Despite that, she maintained a fantastic attitude. I think she deserves a salary increase and some sign-on bonuses for her hard work!

I requested scallions and ketchup twice, received the ketchup, but no scallions for my corn dog bites. Additionally, my fries were cold. How can they serve cold fries after waiting for five cars to be served?

I have frequented here about three times and then gave up. The chicken and biscuits are always dry, and seem like they have been just sitting there under the heat lamps for a long time. Update June 2022 I tried this place again. Not as bad as usual. Service was quick, and overall food was fresh and hot.
