Jimmy John's - Colorado Springs

I have ordered online three times and each time I requested extra items on my sandwich, but they were not included. The customer service is good, but I am frustrated with constantly paying for extra items and not receiving them on my sandwich. Come on, guys.

The sandwiches at this restaurant are good, but make sure to double check your order before you leave. I asked for double meat and cheese on my Italian sub, but they accidentally put it on my wife's club sandwich instead.

The customer service at this restaurant is awful. The claim of being "freaky fast" is completely false. I ended up waiting in the drive-thru line for half an hour. If I hadn't been stuck, I would have left. When I finally reached the window, the man just flatly told me the total without any acknowledgment of the wait. I waited a few more minutes for my card to be processed before receiving my food. None of the employees seemed happy. I understand that everyone has bad days, but there is still a standard of courtesy. I attempted to give this place another chance by waiting inside the lobby for half an hour, with only two people in front of me.

For 4 meals it was over $50! They didn’t have bread for regular size sandwiches for some reason and so we had to change our order but they still charged us the same amount. We sat and waited for our food in the drive through for at least 15 minutes and when we got home to eat we discovered there was cheese on both of the sandwiches that we specified no cheese at least 4 times! Huge waste of money! Don’t go here!

Jason (manager) was amazing and very customer service oriented. He was pleasant, had a great attitude and smiled. The reason I'll definitely be back!
