Ihop - Colorado Springs

I ordered a simple meal of French toast, eggs, hash browns, and bacon. Everything was decent, except for the hash browns. Every time I took a bite, it tasted oddly reminiscent of Chinese food, which was far from the typical hash brown experience.

Thank you for the patience and care of the lady at the reception. She kindly offered to reheat my meal after I arrived late to pick it up because I had entered the wrong address thirty minutes prior. She even offered me a drink!

I would not recommend this restaurant. It took forever to get a table, and even longer to receive our food. When half of our order finally arrived, I was surprised to find that my sandwich was served on a different type of bread than what I had ordered because they ran out of the original. They should have asked me about this before serving it, especially since it had already taken 45 minutes to get any food at all! Additionally, the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired.

Small cups for coffee, price is a dollar fifty for a bottomless cup. no more have asked the check turned off. space was empty. it was clean in the inner, nice touch. the food was delicious, hot and warm.

From the moment we sat down, the service was bad. Even the drink orders couldn't be delivered properly. While it's possible that our waitress was new, it didn't really excuse how poor her performance was. She forgot the food we ordered and the items we asked for throughout our visit. It didn't help that she never smiled once. Needless to say I'll pass on this location in the future.
