First time customers, really nice environment, great customer service, Hope took our order and made our sandwiches and our milkshakes, I think she did a very good job, great customers again really looking forward to coming to this establishment and hopefully working with Hope. I visit this restaurant a few times a week. I really want to see them do well, but the current employees are making it difficult. When I come for lunch, the line is always out the door. One employee seems stressed, another is very slow, and there is one who is efficient but isn't always there. The food is typical of Subway, but the service is what really matters.
