French Fry Heaven - Colorado Springs

I love it when I go into a business after ordering over the phone and immediately hear them talking poorly about me and my order. Third time we've been here before my review and every time so far, it's been a pretty negative experience. This time takes the cake though. It seemed like they knew they weren't going to do a decent job to begin with. They didn't realize we were there as they were talking about not wanting to make our food in front of us. We went in a little after the usual lunch times.Service was extremely poor, food followed the service. The chicken katsu was really old it seemed like, the sushi didn't seem right, and they barely gave us any salad dressing with our salads. Plus we were missing a few items as well according to their menu.I would not recommend this place again after having each visit becoming a worst and worst experience.

Went because ramen was liked in reviews. Hardboiled eggs were cold and not marinated. Meat was very tough and flavor was mild. I don't think they use tare in their broth. Chicken bowl gotten by family was very good though.Food: 2/5

It was perfect. Properly priced too!!I can only expect the rest of their menu to be amazing as well. So if you’re downtown please give them a chance.

It was amazing! I would def recommend it if you're downtown. Super friendly and affordable with great portions.

Came in at 7:45. She took my order and I paid. Then we were told we had to take our food to go because they were closed. Had I known we couldn’t sit down to eat, we would mot have stayed. Their posted hours say they close at 8:30. I hope my food is edible. Interior of restaurant feels dirty. They love their red sharpie. I wont be coming back.
