Coal Mine Dragon - Colorado Springs

Went there on Monday, mainly b/c the places I wanted to go were all closed due to the holiday.

I've been on the hunt for Chinese food that is remotely as good as the east coastI ordered a beef lo mein and a sesame chicken dinner entree.

I love this place! The food is great and it's always quick service that is consistent.

Not 100% perfect, but definitely a firm hold for a cheap and delicious lunch with large portions. I've eaten twice since I discovered it...
