Our first night in Colorado Springs, we went to Carrabbas. At first, I thought, we have a Carrabbas across the street from us in Orlando. But after dinner, I wondered why we don't go there more often. In an Italian restaurant it is hard to find gluten free for my allergy. I was very disappointed about the service, the food and the adult beverages. The food very mediocre since pandemic times. They're charging more for less. The waiter brought both drinks half full and charged $9 a glass. I wouldn't recommend. Because they use to be a really good Italian food restaurant. Now I put them on the scale of Fazoli's. I was pleasantly surprised how well this was here! starting from the appetizers I tried their classic combo with zucchini-Fries, mozzarella sticks, calamari. the calamari was strongly salted, there was a strong salty taste after every bite. Except that was the food delicious. they brought us broth olive oil. it is the best feeling when the broth is warm or fresh. I thought the olive oil was brunette, I suggest a splash of balsamico sprinkle, the grilled parmesan on the olive oil. I ordered the champagne garnelen pasta as my main actor. the garnels were cooked for perfection, not overcooked or chew the sawn in the sauce not strongly seasoned the pasta taste.
I ordered some captivating alfredo (2 sides of it) to go. a terrible decision to eat at carrabba on the basis of assessments. the pasta nudels and sauce were decent. the chicken was so wet that it stood half a customs chicken juice in the bottom of the bowl to go. not to mention, they gave me the two sides of alfredo in separate bowls barely large enough to hold only the pasta and the huh in a separate container after I said I wanted that the huh mixed (although they knew I wanted the two sides in the same container on the basis of our conversation.) the hunch was full of grisle. the brot that comes with him was literally pure brot without garlic or taste. they did not give me any good to go (found when I came home.) the whole experience was terrible. the only reason I give them a star is cuz, the noodles and sauce were quite decent.
Has ordered her cuffing weesie. what a disappointment! They served a baptism of what looked like pasta, which had been on the steam table for hours. it was so inconspicuous. excelente salate, but a really terrible meal and will be awhile before I return. with the current trips that invite restaurants, they need to do a better job to return customers.
Our party was welcome with a very pleasant host pleasant host and escort on our table then the waiter came to the table and he was very pleasant and eating was good!
