Carl's Jr. - Colorado Springs

I have never experienced poor service or food quality at this restaurant. The food is always served quickly and is delicious. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they no longer stay open 24 hours. It used to be the perfect spot to grab a meal late at night, and I would love to see them return to being open around the clock.

I'm proud of the terrible reviews, I see why! lol. I wish I had her name, the lady who is on the 17th february at 23 o'clock with the car. I am a truck driver who will deliver for the local big lots next to this location and has been denied service because their lobby closed 10 minutes ago; but her lobby door was unlocked. I just wanted to use the bathroom after a long 7 hours drive and get some hot to eat. I have this to the rude worker who refused to serve and kicked me out. first I am in a big rig and second I wanted to use the bathroom! I've been a customer service and has been a shop-manger work food for 7 years. that is not how they treat their customers. this lady was rude and cost the business my money, because I often make delivery here. definitiw a bad taste in my mouth about this company and this place!

This place is filthy. eating is hardly fresh. it is a complete landfill and the service is terrible.

It never fails at this place. very unmatched and inadequate staff has never been ordered. I guess that happens when you're young and underpaid. I guess it's funny to play with people eating and add a ridiculous amount of jalapeños to their eating, which makes it totally unacceptable. to shorten a whole bark patty on a double-burger.

Hands down, my favorite late night restaurant. The people working are always nice, fast, and my food is always fresh. I can't believe I haven't posted this review soon.
