I lived in South Louisiana for many years and enjoyed many cups of authentic French Café Au Lait. I can honestly say that Café Au Lait is the perfect choice for Caffe Communitas. The only difference is that instead of overlooking the French Quarter, you can sit outside and unwind with a stunning view of the beautiful Rocky Mountains. One advantage that Caffe Communitas has over Café Du Monde in New Orleans is the exceptionally warm and friendly service. It's a wonderful place to relax with friends or to bring a book or laptop for studying and reading.
I’m not a fan of coffee, but I absolutely love this one.
I had a fantastic experience with a delicious fat-free, sugar-free caramel vanilla latte paired with a blueberry scone. The atmosphere of the place is unbeatable! Additionally, there’s a charming electric fireplace that adds to the ambiance. It was safe for my 1-year-old granddaughter to explore since it doesn’t get hot to the touch.
