Buffalo Wild Wings - Geyser Dr

Kids coughing and running around, long wait times, loud as hell, our food was terrible and cold with zero flavor even after I sent it back for still being half frozen. The fries were cold and so was the queso, the staff was standing in the back texting while there was a backup of orders. No wonder no one eats here anymore.

My boyfriend and I walked into Buffalo Wild Wings and were welcomed by jasmine who was very rude, she ask us if we wanted to be seated at the high top area and we said no we want a booth and she rudely walked away grab menus without saying anything and just threw them on the table and walked away. We waited at least 5-10 mins and then we saw her just walking around on FaceTime with someone and not doing her job. She stood right in front of our booth and and was asking when the other waitress was going to be here. Then jasmine took our drink order and we told her we need a few minutes to look over the menu and she said rudely in a snobby voice you guys do need a few minutes and just walked away then we waited 15 more mins till 4:00 till the new server came in. No one told us what was going on and jasmine just kept looking at us and giving us nasty looks. She could have told us we are waiting on a new server but she didn 't. She was secreting everyone else but would it serve us.

I would have given three stars but the manager managed to redeem our experience somewhat. The reason for the three stars is that we came in as a family of 3, drinks for the most part came out fast for all, the food however was a different story. First our kid got his food, 15 minutes later my wife, nearly 20 min later I got mine and it was luke warm at best. A few min later a manager walked up and asked if everything was OK. I did tell him and he managed to get a hot fresh order out fairly quick. That is why and how they redeemed the star. I am pretty sure they are struggling with staffing and that was the issue.

I should've checked the review before I went here. If u wanna spend 5 hours in a lobby for no reason after placing ur order this is the right place for u.

We're here and we got a bun. the service was a bit slow, but I think that was because our server was a little princess. overall eating and the things were quite good, can not really complain. Usually B-Däbs have a terrible call for the service and it was nice to see this time a decent service.
