Border Burger - Colorado Springs

The menu offers a diverse range of burgers and beers, which was just what I needed after a long day of hiking. Located in the heart of Manitou Springs, it's a fantastic spot for shopping and exploration.

A group of eight of us visited Border Burgers last Friday, and it was fantastic! Our server was excellent and handled our table brilliantly, especially considering that we arrived at different times, shared dishes, and split checks. She managed everything smoothly. The kitchen also did an impressive job; our food was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. I will definitely recommend this place and will be returning soon!

We mainly enjoyed our special kimchi burgers during Restaurant Week. The standout items were the burgers topped with bulgogi and kimchi. However, my burger was lukewarm and overcooked. I could appreciate the good flavor of the kimchi, but I didn't receive a bun, which left me with only about eight strips of kimchi to enjoy. It was easy to eat, but simply not enough for my taste. The others who had the buns didn't seem to notice the kimchi at all. On the other hand, the bacon burger was reported to be hot and delicious, which makes me wonder if it was the only one made fresh. The onion rings looked amazing, and even the sweet potato fries were tasty enough that my husband enjoyed them. We’re willing to give this place another shot. The service was friendly and relatively quick given that the restaurant was packed, and the dining area was of a normal size.

I had their bacon cheeseburger and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was.The bacon was crispy but not burnt, the bun was great and the beef was excellent.My only complaint is that the huge portion of fries was a little too salty. A great lunch value that I would get again with no hesitation.

Average burger which was surprising given their award status. All come medium-medium well which isn't ideal for someone like me who prefers medium well-well done. However, we got the appetizer platter and it was delicious! Pickles were average but the fried mozzarella and potato balls were incredible!
