Blank Canvas Cafe - Colorado Springs

What a fun and artsy spot! We arrived at the café just before closing time, so the kitchen was already shut, but we still ordered a drink. My friend got a latte, and I sampled her rosemary lemonade. It was delicious and refreshing! We can't wait to come back and try some of their lunch options!

This restaurant was incredible! As soon as I left, I was already looking forward to going back. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is outstanding, and the food is delicious without being overpriced. Plus, the artistic and humorous vibe adds to the experience. They also host art events until 10 PM on the first Friday of every month, which is a nice touch. If I had one small complaint, it would be the limited parking nearby, but honestly, it's worth walking a couple of minutes to enjoy this gem!
