We had a good experience at this place. The food was pricey and the portions were a little small. However, the food was so good that my 11yr old said that the 'red hot ' sweet tot burger was life changing '. Just about everything at the place was locally sourced and seemed to be more environmentally conscious than most places (they had bio-degradeable flatware). The lamb burger was a little more well done than we 'd... View all feedback.
What Sam Christiansen doesn't like about Bingo Burger:
As the title says, there was only one vegan burger option. Although the taste was not bad, the patty was not firm and it had some spice to it so not kid friendly. The vegan mayo was restaurant made but not bad. They didn't have any vegan cheese available. I also had the fries and they were okay. It's an option if dining out with omnivore friends. Not bad! The vegan burger was a little messy but as long as you don't mind getting your hands a lil messy then you're good! It tasted pretty good and had a bit of a spice to it but wasn't hella spicy, but enough to notice. It kind of had the consistency of stuffing so it can fall apart easily but I enjoyed it!!
As others have said, the vegan burger is a bit creepy. I also think it's a bit sharp because it's curry flavored. they need to get the gluten-free bread because the regular bungalow is not vegan. otherwise they have wonderful sweet potatoes and even a vegan aoli make. when they ask, they will show them the recipe for everything they make in the house, which can be very helpful. overall a good burger but hardly possible.
The burger is a little creepy. it is from quinoa, garbanzo and mushrooms, but definitiw edible! when they are in colorado springs, they try it.
Great place to get a burger, they use local ingredients. I want to add the green chilies. updated from previous review to 2017-12-20
The first time I went and ordered the veggie burger it was a sloppy gross mess. I didn't even attempt at eating it. Due to the lack of options in this city I tried again hoping it was a fluke. I even asked them to cook it well done. But it was still a disgusting pile of mush. If this place is going to offer veggie burgers they should learn how to cook them. I'll never go back.
