Asian Bistro - Colorado Springs

I would like to begin by saying what made us try this place was the fact that the owner reacts to his own Google reviews and some of his answers are GREAT! He reacts to the negatives that I feel are not valid negative reviews!! The first time tried and it was good. My husband and I believe we know good sushi. We like very fresh, not excessively large or overly complex. We like sushi, you are able to actually taste the good fish. This place was there. The rollers were well dimensioned. The fish was great. Fresh and not fishy. They do not use a ton of sauce to try and mask everything. This place has some of the best sushi we found in Colorado. Let's talk about the presentation and we'll just consider it for yourself. Lots of colour and beauty. The presentation was on the point!! We also ordered the pork gyoza fried and it was also really good. The case was thoughtful and crispy. Most places seem to put a thick bowl on them, which are either acid or fried. Very fresh and definitely taste like made with love. The staff was super friendly and friendly. Loved the surroundings as it was warm and cozy. Makes you feel like being part of fun. The waiting area has a large library that gives it an atmosphere that invites you to stay and hangout. Had the owner and he was very nice. We'll come back and bring others.

The absolute best customer service from each individual employee I have ever seen. The food looks and tastes amazing! I worked for a few years in another sushi restaurant and set my expectations quite high, but this place goes beyond and beyond. Will definitely be much more! Thank you.

Absolutely a joy. Sushi was quite excellent, with a variety of veggie rolls available (which were rolled for perfection). The presentation was stunning, with the shrimps forming art while they are equally suitable to supplement the food. He was rated very well for the price of the reels. In addition, cool atmosphere beautiful waiting zone, but it was easy to get a table. 100% recommended. PS, I heard they do their own sauces, which I would believe because the soy sauce was tactical and well executed.

Recently, a friend and I took us to Dozo. Our only regret not to come here earlier! It was delicious! We thought our favorite place was in the north, and Dozo might have changed our minds! We made a reservation that I recommend, especially if you plan to be there on weekends. There is a small waiting area with seating and you are immediately welcomed. The whole team there was very friendly and efficient. We started with a bottle of the recommended Cabernet Sauvignon and the chili garlic edamame. So crazy good and great spices on her! Oh, and you have a cup of soup. It's delicious! We had a few rolls, pieces and a hand roll. Because in a locked state everything was fresh, tasty and very well done here. The presentation itself is worth coming back. The sushi was a kiss! We'll be back soon! Definitely my kind of place and atmosphere. Happy eats my food and until the next time! @platedforkim

We went to Dozo for lunch based on the online reviews and it did not disappoint. We had great food and service! Don't let the exterior fool you. If you want fresh sushi in Colorado Springs this is the place!
