Service was good, food was prepared exactly as ordered. 45 minute wait for cold food. Another 20 minute wait for forgotten food to be delivered. Impossible to imagine the level of ineptitude at a national chain.

I regret so bad stopping here last night. To start as we are having our order delivered to our car the girl is biting her nails while holding our bag of food and drinks. The food did not taste as it should, the tots too salty, the drinks flat. The worst part is that the burgers gave my son food poisoning, and he was throwing up all night and this morning. Wish they would carefully monitor the people making the food. Will be the last time we ever eat here.
I don’t know who made my order, but what I will say is it literally said no onions, pickles, lettuce or tomato and you literally put all of it on my burger. Employees really need to be paying attention to what they are doing because if this keeps happening I will no longer order. Also I am a regular when it comes to Sonic especially here in Colorado city where I live at the moment.
Very disappointed every time we go to this Sonic, the screens don’t work. Set at one for 15 minutes “we will be with you shortly”. Finally called just to hear that stall is not working. Pulled to another stall it didn’t work either. I asked why can’t you at least flag the stalls that don’t work. Maybe time to reinvest back into the business.
