We stopped here just passing through and as a place to get our toddler out of her car seat for a bit. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. We didn’t need to ask for anything and she took good care of us the entire time. What Warren Zant doesn't like about Santiago's:
This last Sunday, our family, all 10 of us, was going to eat dinner at about 1215. Well, the server got all hot n bothered, stating that she hates large tables. She began to slam tables, chairs, and menus around, in a huff, mumbling about large parties and throwing a fit. Well, we just turned around and left. They lost a $200 ticket, and the server lost a tip, and we will never grace this establishment with our busin... View all feedback.
The chicken fry frozen patties are gross. What happened to the real chicken fried steak? I want a refund. That was the most disgusting chicken fry I have ever had. Stop with the frozen steak patties.

The restaurant was very kid friendly with plenty of options on the kids menu, as well as authentic Mexican food, steaks, and hamburgers for the “grown-up” options. If you like spicy food, you’ll love the salsa and should get the green sauce! Kid-friendliness: There were plenty of high chairs, even an option with a tray table if that’s what you prefer. There are lots of options on the kids menu with very good prices.
Service is terrible. Too busy eating and cackling to pay attention to their tables. Food is mediocre at best. Make sure you triple check your ticket when checking out at the register. Might have some stuff on the ticket you didn't order.

We went to one town over and had a wonderful meal.
First of all, we had the sweetest and most attentive server named Jessica. She was an absolute joy and she gave some wonderful suggestions on her favorite dishes and she was absolutely on point! Everything we ordered we really enjoyed. They started us out with some complimentary chips and salsa (really good salsa! My boyfriend got the 3 enchilada plate with rice and beans, I got the shredded chicken quesadilla with the salad and the pico (their pico is delicious! and we got the churros to go which were fantastic! Overall it was an affordable and filling meal that we were impressed with, we can’t wait to go back while we are visiting!
