(2/3/22 at 930)Ordered my mobile order and was immediately served. I had many changes in my order, but it was right. Also the young lady who was the ride was pleasant, and most of the food was hit except for the nuggets, but this again easy to heat. The location on Williamsburg Road could learn something or two of you!.
Usually have no problems with my special order (plain, no cheese!! at this Colonial Hts location..not superfast, but definitely on the ball
They typically provide excellent customer service, but more often than not, there's something they're out of, like chocolate frosties or other items.
On February 3, 2022, at 9:30, I placed a mobile order and was served right away. I made several changes to my order, but everything came out correct. The young lady who assisted me was friendly, and most of the food was hot, with the exception of the nuggets, which were easy to reheat. The location on Williamsburg Road could certainly learn a thing or two from you!
The food was enjoyable, and I have no complaints. The service was excellent. However, the fries weren’t hot or very fresh, but everything else was great.
