What User doesn't like about Tokyo Hibachi Express:
A normal chicken Hibachi ordered. Wait over an hour. Observe 4 different customers come, place orders at the counter and get their food before we finally get without food. It's not the first time this happened. I tried to talk to the lady in the register to ask where our food was, but she looked at me, gave a customer who came in 15 minutes before his meal, then went to the kitchen. We're gone. I ordered the teriyaki chicken. the portions are above average the taste and texture was amazing the staff was so sweet and it was kind of cheap for what they gave me if they weren't closed today i would be there right now
Went with a good friend upon a recommendation from another friend. We were not disappointed!! I have been back 2 more times since and I have my daughter and her boyfriend hooked! Will be BACK AGAIN!
Dont listen to any bad reviews, their teriyaki chicken is to die for. A bit of a wait because they cook it fresh but you can call ahead, not expensive and the food is absolutely incredible
I will say this place is kind of a mess. The place needs a really good facelift. The clutter is concerning. However, this will be the best hibachi food you will ever have eaten. It’s seasoned great and always so good. I’ve been going here for probably like 10 years.. and it’s always been good food., just over the years the place has gotten so cluttered and messy. Pretty sure her soda machine doesn’t work. The food is so amazing it’s such a shame how they have taken care of the place.
Food is good. Very busy place. They don't always answer the phone. Says they open at 3:00 everyday but no answer well after 3:00.
