What William Watson doesn't like about Chanello's Pizza:
When I called, the woman who answered seemed uninterested and indifferent. I ordered a small chef salad and a 12-inch meatball sandwich. To my surprise, the meatballs were cut in half, and the sandwich cost $14. For that price, I expected whole meatballs. I could have gone to Wawa for the same thing for just $6. I have ordered in the last ten years food from Chanellos in colonial heights and that was always the best? delicious food, fantastic price, and the service is top-notch every time
No matter which Chanellos I visit, the colonial height location is the absolute best!!! Food is always excellent and amazing service! I am so in love with this place!! They never let me down! Thanks for the late night shift for everything you do!
Ordered by over eat. Gluten free highest pizza. I have a cheese pizza. It said no to all the toppings when I didn't finish the order like that. I checked twice, and first I shouldn't tell you what to put on a top pizza. And two things were checked. Apart from that, the pizza was burned around the edge with foil under the one stuck on it and soggy in the middle. Not really edible. Very rough.
Just picked up big boy pepperoni pizza from Chanellos in Colonial Heights got home pizza literally has 12 pepperonies. Called the shop lady that answered the phone said they now make the pizza with the pepperoni under the cheese she made the pizza. What kind of stupid response is that? Pepperoni is a topping so why put it under the cheese she said next time if I want it on top let the cook know so they can make it how I want. She didn't try to resolve the issue this is a cheese pizza not pepperoni. Very disappointed and annoyed.
Ordered a cheese pizza and garlic knotts for 1:30 at work pizza was cold but honestly was good all of the garlic knots where raw dough stay away from them
