7-eleven - Colona
7-eleven
Description
A neighborhood gas-station eatery with standout, well-priced donuts and reasonably priced beer, but an uneven experience. Patrons praise a friendly night cashier and improving overnight hours, yet many report inconsistent pricing, occasional expired food, rude or unprofessional staff, and troubling incidents including racial comments and serving visibly intoxicated customers without dress-code enforcement. Convenience and low prices are balanced by safety and service concerns — worth a stop for a quick snack, but approach with caution.

Look at your transactions after leaving this place I bought a pack of cigarettes this morning an was charged almost 15 dollars! my past transactions for the same purchase were only 9.65. Terrible customer service aswell
Always out of everything, their drink machines are never functional and they aren't helpful or willing to fix any of it.
Was met by a rude gas station clerk who said I looked like someone who came in at a time and day I was a work. Called corporate and I'm guessing fixed the problem cause haven't seen him in awhile.
I am only giving this restaurant one star because I cannot give zero. The employees, including the manager, are incredibly rude. I recommend avoiding this store and driving a little further to a different location, especially one that is not owned by Greg. He prioritizes money over customers, and any business that values profits over people does not deserve your business. Additionally, if you plan on ordering from DoorDash, do not order from this store. They may cancel your order even if the product is readily available. This has happened to me and others have confirmed similar experiences.
