The place is very nice. The staff is helpful and gave us a custom discount. The food portions are big and enough for an average meal There are washrooms and a play area for kids. Not very crowded... Most food sales are through Uber Eats and pick me foods Can recommend this place View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Sandwich Factory:
Used to be a placed I really liked. Visited recently and sad to see the current state of the place. Air conditioners are turned off. Only one waiter/cashier to the whole place. Hope the management will take actions to bring the place up again. View all feedback.
One thing everyone seems to inform is that food is expensive and there is a service tax added which is 27% from the price listed on the menu for dine in. So the burgers are expensive. The burger was dry. Oreo shake was really good and worth the price. There is outdoor seating available and kids play area. Used to have the best burgers now its gone downhill. Oreo Shake was the highlight and was tasty.
This was one of the best dining experiences I have had. The moment I walked in, I was drawn to the music playing, giving off a 90's diner atmosphere. For starters, I ordered island chili fries and chili cheese fries. I preferred the island chili fries over the chili cheese fries. For my main course, I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sub and the deluxe quesadilla. Both dishes were delicious and had amazing flavors. I also had a peach iced tea which was great. Others in my group ordered jambalaya rice, tandoori chicken sub, chicken quesadilla, and buffalo chicken melt. The staff were the coolest I have ever encountered. Despite the busy atmosphere, they were attentive to every table. I truly enjoyed this dining experience.
Loved it to be honest. Food was not something to write home about but the ambiance and the service was superb. Went on a Saturday night and it wasn't crowded at all. They sure know how to take care of customers. A+ for service. Food could be better but that's okay considering the affordable prices Vs the quantity.
I visited this lovely quiet restaurant during lunchtime. The interior is decorated like a 90s diner and they even have a kids play area. The seats are comfortable and I tried the submarines which tasted delicious. However, the menu is a bit on the pricey side as they charged Rs.200 for a water bottle. Service was a bit slow, even though it wasn't very crowded at the time.
The food at this restaurant is decent and reasonably priced. They offer outdoor seating as well. The restaurant is typically not very crowded. The interior has a classic American dining style. Parking is also available.
