Good customer service however comparatively they charge quite a higher price than their competitors. Taste of the food is average. Dine in available they are available in Uber Eats as well. Take away option is available too. Halal food since it is being run by Muslims. Very limited parking space in front of the shop. View all feedback.
This restaurant is located across from the Savoy cinema on Galle Road. After passing by it multiple times, I finally decided to have lunch there. I was impressed by their 24-hour service and their ability to deliver hot meals promptly while keeping the place clean. The customer service was excellent, with attentive and helpful servers. The service was also fast. In the evening, they offer a wide variety of dishes including rice, noodles, and curries. The space was a bit clean, with clean tables and floors, although I cannot speak to the cleanliness of the kitchen.
The service at Uber Iss was very disappointing. It took them over 45 minutes just to pack the food. You can see for yourself by checking the pictures showing their confirmation time and the estimated delivery time.
